Voyageur Park is on the Fox River, immediately north of the Claude Allouez bridge, in De Pere, Wisconsin.
Depending on exactly where you're coming from, these directions may or may not be the shortest or easiest way
to find the park, however, they will definately get you there.
From Green Bay
- Take Monroe south from downtown.
- Monroe will change to Riverside Drive and then to Broadway as you enter De Pere.
- Turn right onto Cass Street or William Street (at the Heritage Building) and follow that to the parking lot.
OR by boat:
- Take the Fox River south.
- If you get to the locks, shift your outboard into reverse for about 30 seconds and look to your left.
From I-43
- Take I-43 to Hwy 172.
- Take Hwy 172 toward De Pere and exit Webster Avenue (also known as County Hwy X)
- From the exit ramp, turn left on Webster and take that approximately 1½ miles to George Street.
- Turn right on George Street and take that about ¾ mile to Broadway.
- Turn right on Broadway and go 2 blocks to William Street.
- Turn left on William Street (at the Heritage Building) and follow that to the parking lot.
From Hwy 41
- Exit County G (exit #163, just south of Green Bay).
- Go east on County G (same as Main Avenue).
- Stay on Main Avenue as you head toward downtown De Pere.
- After about ¾ mile you wil go under a railroad bridge and you will veer to the right onto Reid Street.
- Continue east on Reid Street and turn left onto 3rd Street (at St. Norbert College).
- Then make an immediate right onto the Claude Allouez bridge (at Nicolet Paper), which will take you across the Fox River (you will see Voyageur Park to your left).
- Immediately after crossing the bridge, turn left onto Broadway and go 2 blocks to William Street.
- Turn left on William Street (at the Heritage Building) and follow that to the parking lot.
