- City of De Pere
- The city is split into four aldermanic districts, each having two representatives on the city council.
The city council is 9 members (8 alderpersons, plus the mayor).
Aldermanic districts 1 & 2 are on the east side of the river.
Aldermanic districts 3 & 4 are on the west side of the river.

- Brown County
- Most De Pere residents are in the 19th supervisory district and are represented on the
Brown County Board
by Supervisor Mike Fleck. Some residents are in district 18 represented by Andrew Williams,
and a small percentage on the west side are in district 24 represented by Patty Hoeft.

- The state is divided into 99 assembly districts. The city of De Pere is in district 4, represented by
Phil Montgomery.
Note that neighboring municipalities are not necessarily in district 4 (i.e. Lawrence, Ledgeview, Rockland).
